Return Window
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate or personal care items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at cartplex2021@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our address
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Refund Timeline
- UPI / Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Wallets: 1-2 business days
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at cartplex2021@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped. Email us at cartplex2021@gmail.com to request cancellation.
