Return Window
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at cartplexqueries@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
Pack the item securely and ship it to our address
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Refund Timeline
UPI / Net Banking: 3-5 business days
Credit / Debit Card: 5-7 business days
Wallets: 1-2 business days
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at cartplexqueries@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped. Email us at cartplexqueries@gmail.com to request cancellation.
