Cartplex Return and Replacement Policy

At Cartplex, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Return and Replacement Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
a. Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear and tear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
b. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or replacement.
2. Return Process
a. Request a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at cartplex2021@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
b. Packaging: Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
c. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
3. Inspection and Refunds
a. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process may take up to 7 business days.
b. Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
4. Replacements
a. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at cartplex2021@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
b. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or variant, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or replacement, including but not limited to:
* Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software or digital products
* Items purchased from third-party sellers
6. International Returns
For international orders, the return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at cartplex2021@gmail.com for further assistance with international returns.
