Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via UPI, card, net banking, or wallet.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped. Email us at cartplex2021@gmail.com as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our order tracking page using your order ID and email address.

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets via Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details.

My payment failed but money was deducted. What do I do?

This sometimes happens due to network issues. The amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. If not, email us at cartplex2021@gmail.com.
