Return and Refund Policy for CartPlex

CartPlex does not offer refunds for any products or services purchased through our website. All sales are considered final, and refunds will not be issued unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 12hours of receiving the item. To facilitate the resolution process, we may request relevant information and evidence, such as video with no edits, cuts or pause to verify the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will take appropriate measures to resolve the problem, which may include offering a replacement for the damaged product with extra shipping charges.

4. Exceptions:
There are no exceptions to the "No Returns and No Refund" policy, except in cases where the product is damaged as stated in section 3 above.

5. Cancelled Orders:
Once an order is placed and payment is processed successfully, you may not cancel the order. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before making the payment to avoid any inconvenience.

6. Shipping Costs:
In the event of a return due to a damaged product (as described in section 3), CartPlex will not bear the shipping costs associated with returning the item, as well as the shipping costs for sending a replacement, if applicable.
